Business Services Officer 2026

We are seeking dynamic and adaptable individuals to join our team as Business Services Officers. This role is designed for junior professionals who can effectively handle multiple functions across different departments including Procurement, Sales, Administration, and Operations. The ideal candidate is resourceful, quick to learn, and eager to take on diverse responsibilities as needed within the organisation.
Prior professional experience is not necessarily required. We encourage all interested candidates to apply, even if you don’t meet every listed qualification. Many skills can be learned on the job, and you may be more suited to the role than you think.

Responsibilities
- Execute assigned tasks efficiently across different departments including sales, procurement, inventory management and supplier negotiations.
- Manage and improve office operations, coordinate internal processes and ensure compliance with company policies
- Engage with colleagues across the companies, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Track progress on assigned projects, prepare reports and analyse data
What to bring to the job
- Bachelor's degree in any business related or equivalent field
- Ability to shift seamlessly between roles and take on new challenges with little supervision
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Good communication skills in English and Swahili to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines and company standards
- Ability to collaborate across departments and work well in diverse teams
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
